His past experience in the banking industry helps clients navigate the complex financial aspects of buying and selling real estate. Having also worked for two large-scale real estate developers, Dan knows how to identify high-quality properties, providing maximum value to clients. Dan also has a background in domestic and international commodity trading, which honed his negotiation skills and helps him to secure the best possible terms for clients. 
 

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Dan has spent the last 18 years living in the Lower Mainland. When not working hard for his clients, Dan loves spending time with his wife and son, enjoying all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
